Every room on the site now has the same front door and the same way out.

Customer outcome

The bar across the top of the site used to change shape depending on the room you walked into. Seven links here, four there, a search button on some pages and not others, and a gold button that broke onto three lines. Now every page carries the same bar in the same place, with the same rooms: Learn, Products, Concerns, Podcast, Find Care, Why, Membership, search, and the door to Doctor Djeli's evaluator. On a phone it is one row. The footer ends the same way everywhere, with our address as the last line under the signature instead of an icon in a list.

Who it serves

Anyone who lands on an article from a search or a shared link and needs to find the rest of the house.

Cost or trade-off

Some rooms lost a detail that was only theirs. The Medal button left the home page bar. The Medal lives in Membership now.

Still not right

Some text still falls short on color contrast for a low-vision reader. The Formulary still runs on its prototype code, which hides the search button on that one page.

28 routes checked at five widths, from 360 to 1440 pixels.

Responsive witness

The bar measured 57 pixels on every room and held to one row at 360 and 390 pixels. The footer carried 11 channels in centered rows at every width. No page errors.
